How do I book into a class?
You can easily book into any class using our free website through our link https://www.wellnessliving.com/login/erostudioinc
When can I sign up for classes?
Classes go live every Monday for the following Monday-Sunday
How far out can I book my classes?
Unlimited members & guests can book up to 2 weeks out.
Can I pick my own spot?
Yes. You can choose your own bike our classes.
Do you provide towels?
Yes! We have complimentary towel service for you.
Do you provide shoes for rent for cycle?
Yes, you can rent shoes for $3.
Can I bring my own spin shoes?
Yes! Our bikes are SPD compatible.
Can I ride in my tennis shoes?
Yes, you can.
Do you have water?
Yes! We have bottled water for $1 or you can fill up your own bottle using our dispenser for free.
Can I book a class for my guest?
Yes! You can book your guest into a class using a drop in only
How early should I arrive to class?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to ensure you can get set up properly.
What is the Cancellation Policy for classes I’ve signed up for?
There is a 12 hour cancellation policy for all classes.
What happens if I do not cancel my class within the 12 hour cancellation window?
Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee.
If I have an Unlimited membership and I “no show” to a class is there a charge?
Yes! If you are booked into a class that you do not cancel before the start time and you “no show” you will be charged $10 for memberships & packages will loose your class.
What happens if I arrive late to a class?
Doors will be closed 1 minute before class starts. Once closed, guests will not be allowed into class.
What happens if I need to leave a class early?
As a safety precaution & to respect the experience of fellow guests, we ask that you only book yourself into classes that you know you can fully attend from start to finish.
What is your Refund Policy?
We do not provide refunds on classes, monthly passes, or memberships.
